"Tanner was very patient with me as I asked a ton of questions. I was switching from one insurance group to State Farm. I wanted to know what the cost would be if we had the exact same policies as the former company and what recommendations would they give for changes. In the long run the price did come down from what we had been paying and we did make changes in the policies."
